About Dr. Pickard

Dr. Michael Pickard received his Mechanical Engineering undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University and his DDS degree at University of California Los Angeles. After completing his orthodontic residency at Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Pickard practiced orthodontics in Denver Colorado. Dr. Pickard moved to Moscow in March 2006 and is a member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists and the College of Diplomats of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Awards
Dr. Pickard is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He graduated top of his Dental Class at UCLA. He served as the National President for the American Student Dental Association his third year of Dental School. He graduated with honors and received many awards.

Personal
Dr. Pickard was born and raised outside of the Canadian Rockies in Calgary Alberta,, Canada and enjoys the outdoors. Dr. Pickard is married and the father of four sons. Dr. Pickard believes in giving back to his community. He has supported many local activities such as 4H, FFA, the Parks and Recreation Sports Program, Booster Club Sports Programs, Junior Miss, theater productions and the Chamber of Commerce. Most of Dr. Pickard’s spare time is dedicated to his family. He is a devoted father and husband.
