Our staff provides an atmosphere of trust and caring between our team and our patients. They have been with Drs. Pickard and Pickard’s practice on an average of five years per staff member with 51 years of combined experience in orthodontics. Each team member takes pride in her job, recognizing the important role the group takes in making sure that each patient has an enjoyable orthodontic experience.

Successful orthodontic treatment requires all the elements of good teamwork—discipline, communication and commitment. Our staff will work with you and your child to provide an ideal treatment result and a fun and rewarding experience in our practice.

Vicki Leeper, ACOA, clinical technician, has been working with our office since February of 1997. Married with 3 children, she has lived in Pullman for over 20 years. She spends her spare time volunteering in a variety of activities, such as Cub Scouts and the Pullman Civic Trust. “I love organizing the fun activities at Pickard Orthodontics throughout the year.”

Kelly Jensen, ACOA, is our amazing Treatment Coordinator, who has been a member of our team since 1998. She enjoys many aspects of her job, but especially enjoys meeting new people and learning new things on a daily basis. She has a B.S. in Child and Family Consumer Studies from the University of Idaho, and currently resides in Moscow with her family. In her free time she enjoys attending the sporting events of her three children, as well as camping, being outdoors, traveling, and fine cuisine.

Jessica Jennings, ACOA, has been a clinical technician with our team since 1998. She is the mother of a wonderful little boy, who keeps her very entertained and busy. She currently resides in Clarkston, which helps her stay close to many family and friends. When not assisting our patients, Jessica enjoys playing sports and attending sporting events, and boating. One of her favorite aspects about working on our staff is the opportunity she has to work with the patients and their parents in a clinical setting.

Nina Koerner, ACOA, clinical technician, is originally from Iceland. Married over 26 years to Vince, they have three grown children and one granddaughter. Nina has worked in our office since her move to Colfax in 2000. Her greatest joy is interacting with both the adult and young patients; getting to know them and making them feel comfortable in our office.

Shannon Funke, ACOA, has been employed as a clinical technician since the fall of 2003. She brings over 10 years of experience to our practice. She and her husband, along with their beautiful 2 year old daughter currently live in Clarkston. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and traveling to visit family and friends. Her favorite thing about Pickard Orthodontics is the great staff she gets to work with every day.

Greta Runarsdottir joined our team as lab technician in 2007. Mother of an incredible daughter, she enjoys spending time with her family most. On weekends you can find her away from her home in Moscow, and instead hanging out at her cabin in the mountains. She is responsible for fabricating all lab appliances and enjoys teaching newer members of our team the “ins” and “outs” of orthodontic lab work. “I love creating all of the fun designs on patients’ custom retainers.”

Tawni Huffman, our financial coordinator, joined our team in January of 2008. She has a Bachelors Degree in Community Health Education from Eastern Washington University, and has 12 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Besides settling into their new home, and preparing for the arrival of their first baby this fall, Tawni and her husband enjoy the outdoors, camping, four-wheeling, and spoiling their two dogs Teasha and Frank. “I really enjoy taking the Deband photos and sharing them with our patients and their families.”

Terrianne Frazier joined our team in January of 2008 as a scheduling coordinator. She loves being able to interact with the patients and having a chance to meet their parents, either at the front desk or on the phone. She currently is living in Moscow with her amazing husband, but still feels strongly about her roots in Juliaetta, Idaho. She loves to spend time with her husband enjoying football, Nascar, and being out in the sun and on the water. The rest of her free time is spent with her Mom, sister, brother, gramma and papa!

Sharee Kruger, ACOA, clinical technician, is the newest member of our team. She now lives in Moscow, ID where she has been a resident for over twelve years. She was an outstanding student through school and looks forward to applying herself to this profession. “It’s been my goal to work in the orthodontic field, and Dr. Pickard’s office gives me that opportunity. I love working with our friendly team to help perfect people’s smiles of all ages.”

Moro Kim, graduated from Washington State University with Zoology degree, successfully finishing the pre-dental program. His next plan is to enroll in dental school and become a great orthodontist like Dr. Pickard himself. Moro has a tremendous interest in practicing in the orthodontic field in the future and he could not find any other clinic better than Pickard Orthodontic to begin his trail of success.
